    Summary of
    To Nap or to Not.
Its dependent on a phenomenon stated here as "SLEEP PRESSURE"
    1. Scenario 1
If you have difficulty falling asleep dont take naps.
    Let the sleep pressure build.
if at all needed take it as earlier in the day as possible and as short as possible.
    15-20 minutes if possible.
    90 minutes max.
    2. Scenario 2
If you dont have difficulty falling asleep.
    You can take naps.
However it'll be better if you try to keep it minimal and as early as possible.

Is there a time that is too early for powernaps? I wake up @ 08:00 (8 am).. If I nap for 15 minutes at 11:00 (11 am) is that just as good as napping 13:00 (1 pm)? Or is that too early so that my cortisol stops spiking or I re-learn my body to always get sleepy during the day or something? Is it bad? Or almost better than the later (and more normal) nap time at 13:00 (1pm), because I don't mess with my sleep pressure as much?

Something isn’t adding up. Near the equator there is a 12 hour period of darkness. If they go to sleep ~2 hours after sunset and wake up just a little before sunrise that would be longer than 6 hours.
