Excelent!
very good program!!!!!
how do you define the robots location relative to the work items?
You can double click the reference frame to enter the XYZ position and Euler orientation angles (or quaternion values if you use ABB robots). You can also drag the reference frames by holding the ALT key. Finally, you can also calibrate tool frames and reference frames from the Utilities menu.
Does robot milling work with Universal Robots?
+Kyle C Yes, the robot milling feature works with UR robots. You can easily convert Gcode, APT and DXF to URscript programs. You can also follow curves or points in a 3D file. You can test this feature by downloading a trial from our website: www.robodk.com/download.php
Robot milling with RoboDK
Nice video.
One pointer.
When you refer to a Fanuc robot as a Fanuuuk it hurts your credibility. I understand there are still groups that think Fanuuuk is the correct pronunciation but they all sound like they don't know how to hold a teach pendant.
Fanuc used to have a slogan to help with mispronunciation.
Fanuc: it's like "Panic" with an "F". True Story! For obvious reasons they dropped the slogan.
