As a person with All-nighter experience, you're NOT suppose to drink the Redbull (or whatever energy drink you like) in one go!! You have to take sips, but not tiny sips, like normal sips and wait. Then, once you feel tried or sleepy, you take another sip and trust me, it works!! So take my advice Heather, ily! 😊👍
As someone who works shifts including night work it can be very lonely if you dont have any company with you. I tend to drink coffee rather than energy drinks. Hope you are safe and well too.

i have severe insomnia and the past week it’s so bad i sleep at 6am to 10 am and i love watching these videos sometimes it’s funny to see people do everything they can to stay awake when there was a time i was literally begging my mom to give me sleeping pills or to get me to the hospital because i was so tired cause i hadn’t slept in 4 days

It seems like these all nighter things agree with you. Next challenge, see how long you can stay awake for, like in how many hours and how many days. Like I often say, “Sleep, who needs it?” Do them often enough to stay in practice, but not too often so you wear yourself out. I’ve done literally hundreds, sometimes for several days at a time. I think I know what I’m talking about.
