Quite the omission not including Cinema 4D MoGraph. Note, Cinema 4D lite is included with AE, including Mograph lite, but there is a stand alone version that is very powerful.
@@terranborn56 the grease pencil is a dedicated 2d tool within blender. making blender a dual purpose tool (3d AND 2d). But indeed it's a bit strange, after some thought, that c4d is not mentioned for the 2d side of things
It's curious that he didn't mention the much used Cinema 4d, and I'm also not talking about Cavalry, which is much more interesting and does real Motion than that Biteable that I've never even heard of, and which isn't even a real Motion too.
"Adobe After Effects", "Good hands" ...right.. this is me coming to check out AE alternatives because the interface is so incredibly archaic and everything works so incredibly slow and blurry and glitchy that it feels like I'm running something from the 90s on my M1 mac (yeah, works the same on a windows machine). The lack of alignments, the blurriness when moving elements, the glitchiness and error prone of it. Just absolutely lazy and horrid.
@@michaelfae Yet, Blender is metined here. C4D is hands down the best software for motion graphics, including 2D. It shoud have been mentioned in this video.
Moho for 2D all the way! You dont need to learn all the rigs nor draw frame by frame to create some advanced animations with this gem
I plan to create an animated series with moho pro

that's a 3d program (main task), not 2d. Hence it's not included (this channel is about 2d after all) .
@@mr_don_key except they included Blender.
