Ordered 2/27/24 for $199 arrived 4/18/24. I've been wanting a Gras carbine to shoot .410 put of. got my dream, wish I paid a couple bucks less. still satisfied.
I recently received my RTI Gras carbine. Shipping took about 9 days. I’m very happy. The stock has no major cracks. After a good scrubbing with Murphys Oil Soap, I’m applying several coats of linseed oil. It has the rear sight. It has some rifling, but the crown is bad. After a recrown job, I’m going to shoot 410 shells using the Proteus adaptor.

They have definitely gotten better at packing their rifles too. Thats a nice one thanks for sharing!
You got a rear sight and a cleaning rod! Nice. I bought 3 of these b grades… mine are def worse than this one. How are you getting the ammo?
I thought it would be a lot worst, that’s cool writing on the receiver! Good luck cleaning it up!
It cleaned up nicely! I still want to send you those mas knows btw!!
it's a Calvary carbine they have sabers
Gras bayonets are practically sabers lol
@@capone5 That is true. The Artillery muskets and Gendarmie both take a bayonet I think.
