Honestly, Italy, for its population, is the country that does things best in athletics apart from the Africans, but they already have those conditions.
latins are the best. who won the world cup? not the africans. Africa has never won a football world cup and probably never will. too much chaos to run from going on in there.
Italy is best in cycling and fencing same as France not in athletics !

Marcell Jacobs isn’t Italian, he is American Born and Raised in El Paso, Texas USA.
He raised in Desenzano del Garda (Brescia). He's 100% italian.
He is half American (father) and half Italian (mother). Born in USA but raised in Italy.

@@HurleyGonzalez That’s not all that matters. He raised in Italy and he has Italian citizenship not American. He was born in Texas but he lived there only one year. The place where he was born is not the only factor to decide at which country an athlete belongs.
