Yes. Using the right V heavy weight mounthpiece this trumpet can sound better. Thanks.
I like the fuzzy sound of the bell extender.
I didn't mention it in the review but the Bell Extender does make the sound less focused and more dispersed (wider) from the listener's and player's perspective. It's harder to detect that aspect in a recording since the bell is close to the microphone but it's more obvious in person.
A bell extender. Neat idea. Wish I'd thought of it. Sounds great.
