Watching your videos just made me want to finally push through with my plan to build my own house next year. i hope to see more of your videos :)
I love this house it would be beautiful my daughter and I, and just made me cry looking at and I love the kitchen to color the kitchen the living room beautiful it would just love it, the music sound like a theme from something out remember I don't know just sounds familiar ♥️🎉♥️🌹🌹🍦
The white walls definitely make the house appear more spacious. With such a small square footage, I think two bedrooms would be better than 3 and only one full bathroom (with possibly a small sink/toilet) would be a better use of space. Also, I don't think you need to provide for a large, permanently situated dining room table, when there is a counter with three stools right next to it. I think it would be more efficient to store a folding table and chairs someplace for the occasions when a dining room table is needed. The extra space would allow for a larger living room and bedrooms. Overall, its a good plan
I love this home, but would love it more with one tweak. Switch places between the "common" bath and the laundry area. Having a bathroom right off the kitchen is a bit off-putting for most people, myself included. Plus, there would be the added bonus of a window in the bathroom, adding to ventilation. Otherwise, it's perfect! On a personal level, I would use that third bedroom as my craft room. I live alone, but have guests from out-of-town to stay occasionally. The second bedroom would be great for company, but the third might be overkill.
