Even if the accused was unaware that the property was stolen, if the transaction occurred under suspicious circumstances (such as when the price is much lower than for a similar good) and no questions were asked to the seller, courts may find that the accused acted in willful ignorance and still find them guilty. See article 354 of the Canadian Criminal Code. Don’t know what you meant by “well he didn’t steal it”, but I thought I’d just put it out there.

Love the videos! Would it make it more interesting and progressive to always put back the amount you get to buy a pricier car, to get a higher ROI so revenue becomes "exponential" instead of linear?
It needed tires, suspension repairs, brake work, exhaust work and also had a 4wd issue. I could tell that much from just driving it home. I didn’t look into it any further than that
Well i dont know how you find these brother but i gotta give it to for the hustle me and my pa been looking for good ish car for almost a year now and theres absolutely nothing under 5 grand we settled on a 2013 accent for 5 and but we only got 4 to pay for it and the guy will absolutely not budge lol So as a broke mfer thank you for bringing a deal to the Internet and helping out the local community

It was a trade in at a large dealership, they were going to send it for scrap. I gave them double then the local salvage yard was going to give them!
