each wubbox's animation gets offset after it finishes playing (look at plant while cold is playing, plant & cold while air is playing, etc) they all get offset by the same amount of time, so all of the wubboxes that have already played are synced with each other, and the same applies to those who haven't played yet (excluding oasis obviously) you probably noticed haven being off-sync while earth was playing :]
