I believe that theres three main reasons why kids (and people in general) have stopped to be interested in the animatronic show since a few years. 1. As you said, almost to none advertising of them. 2. The shows and songs have become over babyish. From the 70's to even the early 2010's the shows featured real life popular songs from the past and present, also, each showtape had a little story or situation going on wich made them interesting to watch. Now the songs are all just "CEC Originals" and most of them rather than songs they sound just like nursery rhymes, plus, they're not even shows anymore, they're literally just song lists. Overall it went from good entertainment for all ages, to something that a even an 8 year old could barely enjoy. 3. The animatronics don't get taken care of, since the late 2000's the condition of the bots have been decreasing, movements missing, dirty cosmetics, straight up non-functional characters, of course no one is going to watch the show if the animatronics can barely move. Plus let's not forget that the company itself has been cutting corners for decades now, going from amazing and huge stages with light effect that could be a show themselves and backround characters, to reduced, almost minimum stages with only one (not even working) bot with barely 2 different lights. As always, making the show not interesting at all.

It’s not like there is slim to none counts of these animatronics, many especially ones from Showbiz have been preserved an restored including some public showings, although there are definitely shows such as the wolf pack 5 that are barely in existence so I’ll give you that
Former Chuck E. Cheese Employee (who was friends with a Couple Corporate Office Employees and one of the Actors). One thing you have to realize is the Chuck E Walk-around Character ALWAYS existed as far back as the establishment of Chuck E. Cheese in 1977. Therefore, as all these Animatronic shows were going on, so too was the Mascot Performances, where they would pull the curtain over the band while the mascot performed. It just seemed kind of silly and not so cost-effective to have 2 Chuck E's (1 in person Walk-around and 1 Animatronic) when the company could cut costs by eliminating one of them. I worked for the company for 5 years and worked for the first official location of the Dance Floor (officially called "The Chuck E. Live Stage), and later worked at a store with an Animatronic. I noticed, during my time there, the decline of the Animatronic Shows. Kids were NOT interested in sitting down to the Animatronics and were more excited to play the games and see the Chuck E. Walk-around (Even at a store that offered BOTH the Walk-around AND the Animatronic). I've visited many local locations as well while they still had the Animatronics and I can tell you from experience I've only ever witnessed 3 families watch the show, and 1 group of fans (including myself) during my time there from 2015 to 2019. At the time, the Walk-around Chuck E. was scheduled for 12 shows a day for 15 minutes. He would always dance for a packed house on the weekends, and even on a slow weekday, there was usually a family or 2 to see. The focus became the Walk-around and the games. This ultimately was a cost savings for CEC as they no longer had to maintain the expensive Animatronics. The new Dance Floor rarely broke down, and even with a light not properly working, Chuck E could still come out and do his routine with the kids. So, repair costs for the dance floor were minimal at best. And, my dance floor location was making as much as an Animatronic store. We were top 5 on the leader board if not top 3. Local pizzaria said to close by years end. After a long struggle to stay in business after the tragedy that took place there many years ago, Chuck E Cheese has announced that it will close by year’s end. Despite a year-long search for a buyer, companies seem unwilling to be associated with the company. “These characters will live on. In the hearts of kids- these characters will live on.” -CEC ENTERTAINMENT
actually, there’s one that’s still exist. If you want to see the animatronics they’re still one out of all the locations that still has the original three stage.
What they should do with the locations that do have the animatronics is rename them to: Chuck E. Cheese's dedicated to the past Pizzatime Theaters! They should also go back to the pizzatime sign design while having an altered name to be up to date, along with a full redesign of the mascot of Chuck E. Cheese.
5:40 I think the reason they wanna seperate their brand from fnaf is to make sure they still appeal to children, as Chucky's wants to be viewed as a place where kids are welcome and "Where anyone can be a kid" while fnaf is alot more mature, heck the franchise is even listed as 12+ ages, and the majority of kids visiting chuck e cheese is most like under 12
I still miss my local location’s animatronic band, but I do understand Chuck E. Cheese’s 2.0 renovations from a business standpoint. It modernizes locations, and freshens it up for families. But those bots will always be what I’ll best know CEC for.
Ngl the 2.0 redesign looks souless, i have never been to chuck e cheese as it's not in Australia yet so hearing that there isn't going to be animatronics at the location is a little disappointing for me because the whole reason i wanted to visit the place was to see the animatronics & now I'm probably gonna go there feeling like I'm at another bowling alley that i could've just gone too at my home town.
Birthday 2010: mom can we go to chuck e cheese? Vs 2024: mom can I have a skibidi birthday cake and some takis so I can sit and watch the rizzler on my iPad?
When I was a kid sometimes in the 2010s, I once went to Chuck at Cheese for the first time, but? My sister was afraid of these.. *animatronics..* when I look at them, personally, I was optimistic and find it not frightened me. I had fun tho once, but no matter what will happen to the Chuck E. Cheese franchise came to a tragic future. And I felt sorry for this brand is reaches its deathbed. But I hope it will part of everyone’s childhood. ‘Where a kid can be a kid’ 🥲

the last Chuck E. Cheese I had been to, just had a TV set, an old box TV set on stage showing kiddie music videos, the games were all little kiddie games too, none of the arcade games like Ninja Turtles or pacman like they used to have
yeahhh a collab with fnaf would be really cool, however i dont think theyd ever associate their brand image *directly* with an ip that has a story centralized around child murders in an establishment thats a direct paralell to their own, even if little kids dont know that much and young adults would think its cool they wouldnt risk anything past their spoof of fnaf

actually, there’s one that’s still exist. If you want to see the animatronics they’re still one out of all the locations that still has the original three stage.
@@ariphillips318 there are still a bunch, but there will be only 5 eventually
Great video, when you talk with the phone it seems a bit drippy cheese but idk might go to the location in California, but yea have a great day!!!!!!!

@ your welcome
Bro, your montage is mind-blowing!
@@firesans166 thank you!
I’m glad to be living close to CEC in Northridge, which is one of the locations that is keeping its animatronics! :D
What they should do with the locations that do have the animatronics is rename them to: Chuck E. Cheese's dedicated to the past Pizzatime Theaters!
They should also go back to the pizzatime sign design while having an altered name to be up to date, along with a full redesign of the mascot of Chuck E. Cheese.
@@Hazel0rth3Light that would be super cool, bring back the Pizza Time Theatre!
5:40 I think the reason they wanna seperate their brand from fnaf is to make sure they still appeal to children, as Chucky's wants to be viewed as a place where kids are welcome and "Where anyone can be a kid" while fnaf is alot more mature, heck the franchise is even listed as 12+ ages, and the majority of kids visiting chuck e cheese is most like under 12
This is why showbiz are the best
9:58 This transition killed me 🤣
I still miss my local location’s animatronic band, but I do understand Chuck E. Cheese’s 2.0 renovations from a business standpoint. It modernizes locations, and freshens it up for families. But those bots will always be what I’ll best know CEC for.
I love that I can say.
Back in my day, Chuck E Cheese was cool!
I just went out to Northridge in California to see the robots there today!!! 0:13
SAME!!!!
@@Kat_TheENAfan at least we’ll still have the animatronics at 5 locations! Also I agree, the 2.0 is so bad
@TheTNTMuffin oh wow, I didn't expect you to reply, y'know you've always had me up to date with FNAF news so thx for that!
Not only did they take away the animatronics, but they also took away the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant from my area. They turned it into a Five Below.
😆 this gives me FNAF vibes bro

When I was a kid sometimes in the 2010s, I once went to Chuck at Cheese for the first time, but? My sister was afraid of these.. *animatronics..* when I look at them, personally, I was optimistic and find it not frightened me. I had fun tho once, but no matter what will happen to the Chuck E. Cheese franchise came to a tragic future. And I felt sorry for this brand is reaches its deathbed. But I hope it will part of everyone’s childhood. ‘Where a kid can be a kid’ 🥲
I've never had a chance to visit chuck e cheese because I live in Poland. But luckily they leave animatronics in several locations so I still have a chance
I don’t know how you keep doing it pure bangers!!!
@@funtimeleftyproductions thank you man 🤝
@ no. Thank you
I really wish CEC came up with this legacy concept way sooner so many stages that were way better than the legacy stores could be kept
@@NoodleNuggz well they at least have been saving stages since 2020, so there is still a rocker stage that exists in the corporate warehouse I think!
What about ghe fnaf movie models they build for the movie? That cound be something for a freddy fazbear Pizzeria. But is ther private owners for makeing the secound movie and then maybe they will get scrapped or in a Museum
@@michaeltischer7195 my hope is that they’ll eventually open a Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza inside of Universal Studios, but who knows if that’ll ever happen

NAH, IMAGINE A FNAF AND CHUCKE CHEESE COLLAB AND LIKE FREDDY COMES OUT OF NOWHERE AND WILLIAM AFTON WAS LIKE A DECORATION IN THE BACK LOL
It’s funny cuz Chuck E Cheese was basically a cheap Disney World cuz the animatronic back in the days had personality which made them entertaining to watch especially how they marketed the characters too.
@@mommymilkers4682 and now they’re mid 😔

@@TheTNTMuffinFunny thing is Disney is slowly on the decline too, for the same exact reason! Not listening to fans! A lot of their movies with the exception of maybe 2 or 3, have been really bad and they're removing content from Disney plus and good tv shows? That's sad.
I like the animatronics when I was younger and I hate the new dance floor they have…

well even though i haven’t been in chuck e cheese i was always hearing and knew it from the animatronics, arcade and fnaf but guess they will stop using the animatronics but still at least we have 5 more locations where we have them
The video editing is taking me on an adventure.
we may not have chuck E cheese's No more but we still have FNAF🤣
Yeah, like I said on another channel, this is where a lot of the theories come in including the five nights at Freddy’s theory I should totally make Loggy bear watch five nights at Freddy’s with me besides he would be old enough to understand that it’s totally cool
PS maybe I can watch that like tomorrow or something too. That would totally be cool but like I said a lot of the theories come in like. how does involves where people go missing but those are just more theories that people come up with because of like this stuff too that’s why they don’t want any more animatronics for Chuck E. Cheese. it’s a little sad really but maybe they’ll keep them around and put them like somewhere in storage but not just for like rebuilding them and stuff but like just to have for fun maybe but you never know with a lot of my questions too.
the last Chuck E.

I highly doubt little kids wouldn't know about FNAF at this point.

Funnily enough if CEC stayed up to date on the animatronics. Update and make them more expressive, chances are their brand wouldn't dead
