Guys for me Rhulani Mokwena his not a coach, he can be an assistant, we know that Sundowns have good players and they can win without coach. If Rhulani leave Sundowns know that is the end of him.
So leaving Sundowns will be His end but again you say He isn't a coach....Would you have liked Him to stay?
That's what they said about Pep and Barca that Barca doesn't need a coach, Pep left then what happened to Barca?

Guys please leave what the management is doing. Rulani was given everything thing for him to win CAF. With all the players he only won one trophy in the country. Beaten twice by same coach is not acceptable at sundowns. Pirates has always being Sundowns wepping boy. But also check how we lost the semifinal of CAF championship.

RUlani is working according to the vision and mission of Mamelodi Sundowns. the sporting director has to monitor if the coach is still working within the framework of the club. each and every one has its own job description that is stipulated in the club's mission. I think it's all about accountability depending on how they spent money last season and what they intended to achieve. Maybe their main objective was to win CAF.
