Sweet video, I love the psalmopoeus attitude lol. I havent got any pulchers yet but when I unboxed my irminias, victoris, and reduncus they were all full of spunk 😁
You can tell you've been in the hobby a while because you dont freak out when things don't go perfectly. It took me a good 6 or more months before i quit freaking out. Lol.
Oh trust me I freak out haha I almost died internally rehousing our Chilobrachys Natanicharum yesterday 😂😂😂 you guys should get the video around christmas time
Still say put the enclosure in a bigger tub when rehousing, yes its fun when they bolt but if you dont get that catch cup down correctly and harm or worse kill that sling, youll be gutted. Its just for safety reasons, and i gotta ask, why dont you just mix up a load of substrate so its ready ?
I did that before and I always got worried it would mold or something so I always just kept the dirt in there bags haha and we have tried the container thing but it makes it difficult to maneuver and record at least from what we have experienced. Maybe it was because what we were using was super tall? What do you recommend :)
@@machostarantulas No, it won't mold, just keep it in an airtight container till you need it, I keep mine moist and never get mold, most I know have it all mixed. If you're worried, don't put any extra moisture in the container, defo won't mold then. Don't know what you guys have over there, I use something that's several times the width and depth of enclosure, doesn't need to be high, providing if you need to get a lid on it it's higher than the enclosure you're going into 👍🏻

We will get something at some point right now we don’t have a good enough bin. Idk I’ll look for one though haha
it was a good video, but the mess on the carpet was sloppy and driving me crazy tbh!
We did I think 23 rehouses that day back to back to back… I think the mess was warranted.
