Heck yeah. I smoke mine at 180 degrees for about 1-1.5 hours then give them a minute or two each side over flame and they come out more tender than any steak ive had at a resturant. Way cheaper than buying ribeyes too. Good video!
@@Blackpets Good question. If you are going to grill it then you do as I mentioned - Denver steak 5-6 mins each side / Chuck eye 4-5 mins each side and it will be tender. If you are going to smoke it like a brisket then you need to take it up to 195-203 until it probes tender. You can't grill it to well done and expect it to be tender. It's a working muscle.
Hey, that's me! 😁 I like how you put the description on what part it is!

Very nice! Can you teach us how to cut our own flat iron steaks next?
I will ask my butcher for the whole top blade next time I visit and hopefully get to shoot video. Thanks for the suggestion!

Looks like the meat cutter used the wrong labels on those roasts bro! You made out like a bandit lol. The non-Prime is definitely a Prime! Nice cook!
Yes indeed! Cheers!
L Gotta try that delmonico this weekend 😮

Isn’t chuck supposed to be cook for a long time? Wouldn’t it be tough if you grill it like a steak
