You're very talented for your age. I saw on one of your other videos that you only really cover songs by bands you listen to, but despite that I would recommend beginning to challenge yourself a little more with the songs that you learn. It seems like you've got this stuff down, maybe start learning some jazz (I know it can be boring, but it really, REALLY improves your playing) and maybe some stuff like Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones. If you look at the way he is holding the drumsticks, he is using the wrong technique. He is holding them with his thumb pointing up instead of to the side, which leads to a different wrist movement, moving it from side to side instead of up and down, which, using the correct technique, can help with dynamic expression: playing louder when you need to play louder, and vice versa. Using the wrong technique can lead to a pained wrist, especially if you're playing loudly. This kid's great at drumming, don't get me wrong. He keeps in time well and knows when to do the fills and what fill to play. He just needs to work on his technique, then he'll be amazing.
I completely agree with you he could be so much more better if he fixed that technique because he is already good as fuck especially to be his age but if he fixed that technique he would just be amazing
