You are absolutely right. I have been putting off the "What in my trunk" episode, I filmed a bunch of footage for it, but didn't finish. I have to get it done, I also carry water and 2 MREs and 2 emergency sleeping bag things in addition to all the other tools. Good catch!
Running 27-11/12 tusk terrabites and stock clutch still, factory belt too, believe it or not! I did an episode on them, the best upgrade I ever did, you can go 9/10 inch as well so you keep your width if need to. Just got my first flat on them after 500 miles (sidewall pinch), but was racing with bigger dogs trying to keep up.
I was thinking of upgrading to 14 wheels and 28 inch tires, but not sure if i would need a clutch kit or better belt. It is all new to me, just got it friday. Put 35 miles on it sunday at st keirns.
@@setheshelman1921 I have a 2019 Rzr 1000 S model. Stock tires were 27 inches and I currently run 30 inch tires now. Stock clutch and oem belt. No issues at all.
It all depends on how big of a tire you go up to if you need to change the clutch because I went from a stock 25-in tire to a 27-in tire and never had to change my clutch
what do you guys use for in-helmet coms? what make/model? do you like them?
We used sena 10r/20r in the helmet, but now we use rugged radios and equivalent .
The sena has less of a range, less power than the ruggeds, but both work well.
@@TheBeatenTrail Thanks!
Very helpful, I would add belts and fuses/spare parts the break easy and can be carried in the back
Yes definately!
great advice!
Thx!
Great video
Thank you!
People always forget about fuses. Really important if you have electronic power steering. Also, toilet paper!

What size tires do you run? If bigger than stock, did you do a clutch kit?
