Sir your yarn example remind me an old marwari yarn dealer who used to discuss with my boss about buying a Tshirt from a branded showroom at Ludhiana Mall road. 😅 Saying when I roughly weight the t shirt and compare the price of yarn per kg an 800 t shirt seems to be ultra expensive. As that time yarn rate was around 100 RS per kg and the t shirt takes just 300 gms considering the wastage etc 😅 I used to consider them miser even though I was earning 6500 per month 😢 and he was rich enough. Now I am understanding the logic behind it. I earned lot and wasted lot between my golden years 2000- 2014. Especially in 2021-22 After watching your videos i understood the value of money. Due to your videos, I am able to value normal consumer companies looking at PE and growth to a good extent. However, I haven't developed feel for PBV for financials. I can't understand how to think about future book value. PE is straitforward. Can you help here?

but number of shareholders increasing in Narayana and decreasing in Rainbow.

I was surprised to see my shares transferred to Angel One from Reliance Money with the buying price changed to the CMP of the stock on the day transferred. I had 145% on my portfolio previously which used to emcourages me for my study but now it's 0%, though no loss , I know.
Why does such transfer doesnot carry forward last buying price?
