GTA IV Lag fix for Intel HD graphics 2000 (without removing any textures)

download commandline file =www.mediafire....
Download this file and open it, paste the commmandline.txt to GTA IV folder.
(this method only fix the graphic memory.
So watch the video for fix lag.)

But only around 20-25fps. All lowest and low quality shadows

Yes, it's because a laptop or something that mobile.
Mobile processors are optimized for low power to save battery life. So it uses very low power compared to a desktop one and performs worse.
Even though if you have an
i9, it's optimized for power saving.
Eggxample- i5 4570U
i5 4570T
U means ultra low power and the worst performance.
T means low power and better than U.
