      My dad learned years ago. We used to go to an amazing open air Chinese market. Coolest place I had been to as a child. The owner there used to give us salted plums as a treat.

    The Noodle Texture able to Absorb most Ingredient ...and it is good when you Slurp the Noodle ....and Swallow it !!
    The Texture is Close like when you using a Fresh Egg Noodle for wanton Noodle !!

    I'm really wanting to know what is name from the noodles 🍜 so I can order them from Amazon. Please? I'd also greatly appreciate knowing the exact amounts, & type of liquid (sauce) is added at

    this channel allows me to connect with my ancestry more ♡ my dads side is from HK but i never learned any cantonese stuff because of how long our family has been in canada, and lots of our stuff like tradition, cooking, and language has been lost.

    I just bought some chow mein noodles because they looked really good (they are), but I don't know much about chinese or asian cooking in general so I pretty much just make a version of teriyaki chicken and veggies and added it on top of the noodles. Probably not the most traditional dish but it tasted so good

    I love this type of noodle prep. The worst I had was the filipino chow mien version. The noodles are too soft or even soggy. I dont like it when I see chef making their fried noodle by adding water to soften it first.

    Why is it when I order Chow Mein , it doesn't have noodles in it. The Chinese owner says that Chow Mein does not have noodles. If I want noodles , I have to order Lo Mein. I'm so confused

    Chowmein is not Chinese. Its Indian.
    The community that owns this cultural was kicked out of China due to socialism and Indian gave them asylum.
