I thought that I have played all contents in this game but I don`t think I have listened the songs between 51:24 ~ 1:49:20. Can somebody let me know in which contents those songs from??
Did u know if right stiffling songs is sing by melina and her voice actor in fandom is right it was very impresive cause she is voice actor in same as ram in re zero
16:38 _…”Tales of Edenia - Battle (Act 4)”_ Obviously I’m just joking around here, but some of these tracks honestly do sound strikingly close to what I’d expect from the Tales series. And that’s not a bad thing per se, it’s just unusually noticeable; same goes for 18:12 and the _”da-dah, da-dah, da-dah - DUHHHHHH”,_ pretty much straight out of the Xenoblade series. 20:06 The instrumental bit in the intro...Corneria from Starfox? 0__o 28:57 also has a lot of Chrono Cross influences, though I can’t pin down the exact songs. 32:22 really sounds like End of Time at the start, and in several other places where bits of the same melody (or variations) show up in the background (e.g. 33:44). I’m not familiar with this game and so don’t know where this track plays, but the title alone makes me doubt the similarities are purely coincidental. 37:52 gives me huge Morytha vibes (XC2), and a bit of Tower of Geddon from Chrono Cross (39:02 - although IMHO Morytha was influenced quite a bit by that song anyway). 44:17 is another piece that has some noticeable structural similarities with You Will Know Our Names. Namely the chorus section that starts at 44:55 (focus on the background strings playing the main chords and you should see the similarity), and culminates with an identical set of hits at 45:17. 46:52 feels like a sort of Xenoblade/Tales hybrid. 1:12:21 Not sure why, but this reminds me of Starfox 64 (and a bit of Jet Force Gemini &!Rare’s N64 era stuff too). Probably it just reminds me of John Williams, which both of those took _heavy _ influence from. 1:16:48 Ditto for the instrumental parts here 1:26:52 should’ve been called “Epilogue 3.5”, surely? ;-p That aside, much of the lead melody feels an awful lot like Pokemon (probably most obvious from to start up to around 1:27:45), then becomes pretty Starfox-ish near the very end (~1:29:19). 0.o 1:32:17 …as someone who owned a cat, I can confidently tell you the answer this is _NO._ ;-) “Do composers hide their influences?” though…well, that’s a much less clear-cut question. :p This particular song certainly does a pretty good job of it, in part through just the number of things it reminds me of. To name a few - Kirby Superstar (the intro), Smash Bros & Golden Sun(most of the part after that), and FF Mystic Quest (1:32:45). 1:35:12 Half Sonic, half Persona, pretty much 1:38:22 seems part Professor Layton and part Castlevania (1:38:44-1:38:49 is basically Lost Painting from SotN). 1:41:04 sounds like a sorta Sonic/Persona hybrid 1:43:26 Really similar vibe as XC2’s world tree music. 1:46:48 is yet another one that reminds me of both the Persona series and Dreamcast/PS2/GC era Sonic. 0_o 1:50:06 Isn’t that the percussion rhythm from You Will Know Our Names again (from the start of the chorus section)? 1:58:19 could pass for a final area song from post-SotN Castlevania (and that was _before_ seeing the title, I swear) 2:03:58 is another dead ringer for a Xenoblade track 2:11:03 is a pretty much exactly how I’d imagine a track co-written by Mitsuda and Hans Zimmer would sound. At 2:11:25 you can hear exactly the same sort of orchestrated shanty/Irish vibe Zimmer used in PotC. Hell, the rhythm here even matches up nicely with the start of Shipping Up To Boston (not kidding - try humming it over the top) 2:14:39 Essentially what I’d imagine a casino area in Castlevania sounding like. And the name is a damn good metaphor for gambling addiction >_< 2:18:23 is another casino-type track, that also strangely reminds me a bit of the alchemy lab from Castlevania DoS (which is even stranger when you consider that that track is actually a remix of Aquarius....I played the game for freakin' _years_ before I noticed that >_
2:24:28 The 2nd half of Disc 3 are tracks from the Tales of collab with this game. They brought Sakuraba back for a few tracks, that's why his name is listed there.
Been enjoying your enjoyment of all the OSTs haha 3:40:17 Not gonna lie, for most of the first minute I was just thinking “why does this sound like something from Mario Galaxy?” - what do you know, it's the track for a city on the moon.
Literally almost all of the OST is God Tier asf
Dream in a sleepless city is such a vibe. 😂😂
My fav is The Western Continet AKA Zerberiya,
God tier, indeed
me too. I'm repeating DISC4.

The Chrono Trigger fan within me:
"YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS"
Why not 03:58:20 fan? 😠😡
Emphatically: 03:27:40 and 03:27:54 are pure Chrono Trigger main theme -- and 03:44:25 is absolutely the *Guru of Time* theme. Can you hear it?
@@AMcGrath82 you got some good ears, didn't catch those at first
@@jorntumrongwit9056 The music here is really something though, to be sure. I don't think I'd have picked it out if it wasn't so on point.
@@tuanazuremegazouman1996 why so angry? lol
If you catch it, you catch it. If you don't, it's ok.

Hope Rin Matsubayashi makes more tracks down the road. Between the Seas and Parallaxical Labulintos live rent free in my head.
Man Clarte and Melina's Mythos is my favorite story arc and the music is just bonkers
Same here...
That Western Mythos and the Apocrypha questline are my favorites hands down.
And all the Tales from the East music is chill vibes. 😌💙

Can't believe Shigeki Hayashi is still so good
dudes a fucking legend
1:58:19 It's criminal that this song isn't more well regarded.
indeed, feels like the 1st phase of a final boss theme

01:41:04 reminds me of Team Charm's music from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon
Is Mitsuda not a composer for this soundtrack?
He managed a team, who took over once they had all the basic themes. They performed with him.
When will this game come to Switch?
Isnt it already?
1:22:48 makes me crying
My only wish, is that someone upload "The Path of Memories - Cradle of Time" on UA-cam. 🙏
I came here just to groove to A Dream in a Sleepless City.
