Honestly may be because Dorohedoro was created by a woman, so the ladies are very tasteful. Not saying men can't do it too though, just more likely for women I feel. There isn't a female character I dislike in this anime haha.

Yes! It's such an underrated facet of animating fighting scenes, they always want us to take the impact seriously by having the guy that got hit with a soft ass no-momentum kick spit out some blood when we all know it was a weak kick 😂
i think the eye can pop out with a hard enough hit, however there is a nerve connecting it to the socket so it would actually hang there unless cut, good news is it surprisingly simple to reinsert with minimal damage but should still be done by a doctor
Technically, yes...but not as a perfect orb like that. There should be nerves attached to it. And the guy would be straight up dead if she hit him hard enough to knock out the eye with enough force to sever said nerves.
