How can I avoid copyright issues if I want to print the photo of a car on phone case and sell it? Please tell me. And how the brands which are using such images don't face any copyright claim?
@@daideepyadeshpande5 Same concept, they can still threaten you for selling copyrighted images. You CAN fight in court with them but 99% of the time, they have a battery of lawyers who will bury you in paperwork. The people who are selling these images are definitely risking it. Imagine creating an entire niche on supercars, having designs on different mediums and selling it on Etsy. Initially, you'll make a bit of money, get some traction and then BAM, you'll get a cease and desist letter from their legal team. Your efforts to build your "brand" on this product will be completely wasted. It's better to focus on making original designs or selling copyright free designs, so that you don't face this issue ever.
Do you think that people go to your shop to see the aesthetic of the shop or just click the product they like and buy it directly, I do that so I think that the most of the people does. Its my thoughts right now....quite frankly

Would you recommend creating a new shop to test all those random niches from the beginning or use the shop you already have?
How can I avoid copyright issues if I want to print the photo of a car on phone case and sell it? Please tell me. And how the brands which are using such images don't face any copyright claim?
1. Don’t sell it.
2. It’s like driving a car and speeding, sometimes you get caught, sometimes you don’t.
@@HustleNinjas So these brands are just risking it? What about AI generated images?

do you have a discord yet?
I chose minimal design because I'm not really a designer but I like simple designs 🫶
