We don't produce butter from YAK, but Butter from milk taken from DRI ( female YAK). YAK is the common name of the animal. So YAK is male and DRI is female from we milk.
I from cows and I make all these things! Fun too watch! We often call all cattle "cows" instead of bulls steers heifers cows calves just to keep people on their toes🙃🙃😄
