Yessss!!!! I finished my isolation yesterday (no covid symptoms thank god) but I got so confused which day it was yesterday and thought it was Sunday. With the pale skin thing it sounds obvious but honestly following people on instagram and social media with similar hair and skin colour to me. Seeing them embrace their pale skin helped me embrace mine. Also wearing clothes that compliment my pale skin also helps. Love you Han 💕

I never used to worry about things and then my Mum passed away in October from a brain tumour, we only found out about it 6 months before she passed away. Since then I worry about everything, especially losing my Dad and always think the worst so I understand where you’re coming from 💖

Advise on the brain overthinking at night is to keep a notepad next to your bed at night and write down all your worries so that they are there and you can think/deal with them tommorow, forget about them and go to sleep x
You should watch the night stalker on Netflix, it’s really good. Only 3 episodes or 4 episodes can’t remember but it’s really good. Love your content ❤️

I remember I used to lie awake at night worrying about similar stuff to you but now I’m in my thirties and a bit more settled I don’t do it as much so maybe it’s an age thing x ideas for future videos could you do a tanning routine video if you haven’t already ? X
I'm honestly as pale as Casper the friendly ghost and I've always tried to embrace my pale skin (I did try fake tan in my early teens and it was a disaster! I literally didn't change colour except for many hands, knees and feet 🙈) I couldn't stand being patchy or having parts of my body being fake tanned and other parts my natural colour and if I tanned it would def look patchy) I also just couldn't be arsed with the faff of it to just be less pale (even if I did stand I'd still be pale!) and I would much rather spend my time doing other things. I also feel like its more unique to be pale, nobody is anymore. Following other pale gals online can really help as well (That's actually why I started following you years ago). The main thing to remember that there is nothing wrong with being pale - it is ugly or sickly looking, it is beautiful and natural like every other skin tone is ❤️
