The blue is more of a light blue from what I can tell. If you like the SP display you could always do the flip mod. Check out my channel for a video on how to do it.
I saw jake the garden snake do the yellow on his mt07, looked good on the stock lens and super simple. Very cool of them to reach out to you to try em out.
I found how to switch the cluster to miles or kms by turning the key to on and push the select function instead of the reset and this will switch your bike in kms or miles , I found that by mistake when ajusting the lcd brightness hehe
The color films are just a color tinted film. It is paired with the linear polarizing film to invert or flip the colors. I have a separate video on that.
Yeah of corse, first sorry for my english, i am from spain, mallorca and my english is little... My question is... In amazon its possible to buy this film??? I like yellow... Or where its possible to buy this film???
In order for me.to use these films, do I have to do the LCD flip first with the Polaroid film? I mean do I need to remove the manufacturer film put on the the Polaroid and then. I can use these films from color clusters?
For just the color filter you don’t need to remove anything. If you want to do the polarizer you need to remove the stock one. I have a separate video on how to do that.

MotoSouth oh yes I have watched that, I was just wondering if it was the same procedure with the colorclusterz film because I have bought their precut product! Thanks anyway :)
It looks a little bluish at night or in the garage. In the daylight it looks more black. Keep in mind that an LCD is backlit and can’t be a true black.
brightness trick is awesome. I had no idea about that.Thanks.
It's in the service manual but for some reason they don't mention it in the owner's manual
@@MotoSouth interesting. video is worth the watch just for that.
Thanks for sharing. Just ordered the flip for my 2018 MT-09!
Loving it with the SP display!
Looks great! I'm sticking with the yellow. Matches great with the hi viz accents on the bike.
@@MotoSouth do you think the blue would be just as good as the sp display ?

Brilliant, might try out their product, and hope they come out with the negative filter too. Thanks!
It's in the works 👍
Looks great! Would like to see the effect on a standard (non SP) display too.
It looks great on the standard one too. More colorful.
Check out the ig @colorclusterz for more photos on the non sp displays :)
Luv the colors on this setup/Great job and TY
just put the cluster in looks fantastic
What color did you go with?
@@MotoSouth blue as i have a blue bike looks good

I think it does have more impact on the stock lens but either way they look great
Great. Will check this out for my Z800 too.

Great video! Quick question, there's no peeling anything off like you had to do on the sp version in your earlier video?
No peeling. This just sits over the lcd panel and changes the color. Super easy
Awesome thank you sir
Have you got a discount code?
do they ship abroad ?, I live in Chile..you needed the color of the mt09 sp model
You can contact them to find out. The link is in the description. Thanks for watching!

If you just want the color, you can use the color cluster film over the stock dash.
If you just want the color, you can use the color cluster film over the stock dash.
For Yamaha xsr700? We make?
So you put the color on the outermost, after you put the flip against the display?
That’s correct. The color film just sits inside the housing and can be used with or without the flip.
Thanks for the quick reply. Do I need to glue the flip to the screen like it was from the factory or can I just lay them both in there?
The flip film has an adhesive on it to stick it to the display.
Seems simple enough. Thanks man.
Did you remove the original film from the display or do the new filters just go straight over the top of the old one? Really cool product & vid.

@@MotoSouth Thanks for that - it's much appreciated.
What about the LCD flip only, does it require peeling of the original film or it is also just applied on top of it?
I have a video tutorial on it as well. You do have to peel off the old film to apply the polarizer

My ecu is removed and my fuel tank is off. Do I need to plug it in during install? Will I mess up my bike if I turn the key without the ecu installed?
I’m pretty sure you’ll get a check engine code if it does anything at all without the ECU
Weiß jemand ob das in Deutschland erlaubt ist bzw ob es dadurch Probleme beim TÜV oder einer Kontrolle geben kann?
Doesn't the original film need to be removed?
Not if you simply want to change the background color
Hi.. the flip mode is black or blue? In video is blu
