From what I Have understood, Private Equity doesn't hire freshers from IIMs unless You have Finance WorKEx, However if you spend 2-3 years at IB Front end/Management Consulting, headhunters would definetly find you..

Sir , if anybody is Doing their pgdm from a private clg which is.being run their own course a/c to aicte model ,is it worth. To do from there.
