but now i can make sure that dholera can never be fail city

Dholera was not a fail city anymore,main project work started around from 2014.A 920 sq km area,five times bigger than Dubai,to create underground water, electricity it's take time.But now project work is too fast, Ahmedabad dholera highway project will be finished in around dec 2024,and around mid 2025 dholera international Airport will be start on phase 1,then you see the light speed investment inflows and skyrocket buildings.
Already 91,000 cr investment has been done by tata on semiconductor manufacturing and this is pure and huge.
And semiconductor used on everything in today's market,now you predict what will the impact going to be.
First cheap will come around 2026.

Dholera is a white elephant and will be only partially used until in 5-7 years, the water levels rise and that area will flood every year

@@TheGeorgeousin lothal already I think worlds biggest museum and sanad bothes places Gujarat government are developing joining with eachother by roads trains and about Dholera,this two lothal and sanad it will join connect like Dubai Sharjah Abu Dhabi,20 years before European countries was saying Dubai is just desert, nothing it will develop or big buildings they laughed but today we can see Dubai ,what they maked a great empire city ,same about Dholera and Aecom, Halcrow,wirpo Sisco and IBM they have maked plan and design about Dholera I don't think and 22 kilometres roads lanes and activation area already started and investing are coming like 7 star hotel 50 skyscraper building already dealed Japanese company and Dholeras development will more develop if Gujarat government will take some best decision like Dubai 😅

The investment and project should be moved further inland and at a location with decent elevation
Dholera should be made into an industrial park only with a 30 year life span.
Established cities and areas all over the nation are being flooded and impacted by rising water levels and climate change. Investing money into such a low lying mudflat is wasteful in the long run
