    Hey, nice video! Very informative.. I am having a similar issue with my s10+ with the problem forcing a reboot after the phone goes to start. I was playing a game then it crashed only allowing me to enter the pin and when it goes to the "phone is starting" screen after entering the pin it immediately goes to the black samgung screen initiating the reboot. It then goes into an endless loop where it does the same reboot screen every time pulling up my lock screen and back to the samsung screen initiating reboot. It will not start this loop until I have entered my pin but afterwards it will continuously reboot until I reset the phone, allowing it to reboot to the screen that requires the pin. I have reboot into maintenance boot mode to see if it would do the same thing in "safe mode" which it does. I have also tried loading the recovery mode to clear the cache and the problem persist. I am reluctant to do a factory reset until I can charge the phone to full power and connect it to my computer to back it up beforehand so in the meantime I am searching if others have had a similar issue as I am hoping it's not a hardware issue (which every sign is pointing to an educated guess in the result of this being a software issue). Any help would be appreciated, thank you and God bless

      Hello, I assum that is an hardware issue but again if the battery is not applying enough juice to the hardware i may do crazy stuff.
      So if you haven't already try disconnecting the battery from the board and use the charger to start the phone, it may take a couple of tries until it starts, if that works it is a battery issue if it does the same probably either an hardware issue or a software error of some sort.
      Best luck

      @@zul_fix It ended up being a software issue tbh, I did a hard reset and it fixed it without issue. I do appreciate the reply tho, what's crazy however is when I went to plug in my phone to my laptop to use the Samsung switch data restore program (or whatever the name of that exe is lol) it legit killed my laptop, like it won't catch a charge anymore when I plug my charger in, the lights won't even come on when I plug it in. I've ordered a screwdriver so I can take out the one screw that's left after taking all the others out so hopefully I'll be able to determine the issue with it after I take it apart. My best guess is it is my battery as I've been getting a blue screen on boot warning me about the battery having issues due to it getting too cold. Makes me sick thinking about how all I had to do was reset my phone and I could have kept my laptop in working order seeings how the only reason I ever plugged in my phone was in hopes I could keep all my pictures and other files/info that wasn't backed up already.. luckily I still have a working phone instead of being stuck without a phone or a laptop, even tho I lost everything on it.

      قد تكون مشكلة في جهازك أو حتى برنامج تالف، يمكنك محاولة القيام بما فعلته في الفيديو وفصل البطارية ومحاولة البدء بالشاحن إذا كان يعمل فأنت تعلم أنه يتعين عليك تغيير البطارية.
      إذا لم ينجح الأمر، فلديك مشكلة أخرى لا أستطيع إخبارك بها دون رؤيتها.

    Hi. I have the same problem with the boot loop with my S10. I did like you did in the video. I cleaned all the pieces and changed the battery. The problem with the boot loop is still there. Do you have any other idea what I can do?

    • @zul_fix
      @zul_fix  Рік тому

      Have you tried to turn it on without the battery?
      Sometimes it needs this power boot without battery in order for the power to flow on the phone.
      Other than that it may indicate a short to ground somewhere on the board.
      If you have a multimeter try searching on the capacitors around the charging IC.

    I'm confused, did you replace the battery? Was that actually the issue? How do you know? Before I buy a battery, if I plug it in without the battery, will it attempt to boot as if the battery was in? Thanks

    • @zul_fix
      @zul_fix  Рік тому

      Yes i did replace it.
      You open it, unplug the battery, connect the charger turn it on, after it may boot loop again, keep trying until ut comes on, once it does turn it off and plug a brand new battery, it should show the charging screen, turn it back on and it is good to go back togheter.
