Im gonna show you my own moveset of 9-volt. Why because hey it’s cool like this moveset
Neutral-B:NES zapper(just a simple gun move)
Side-B:sword beam(9-volt will take out a sword and shoot a beam from a pixel master sword and of coarse it can be charged to shoot a stronger shot)
Up-B:condor ride(9-volt will take a ride on the condor from ice climbers)
Down-B:pixel friends(just like your neutral-B in your moveset but it now has ice climbers and DK added along side with Mario,link,and samus
FINAL SMASH:8-bit mayhem(9-volt will summon all of he’s pixel helpers and they will all gang up on all the opponents and do massive damage)
Warioware Gold used the best voice of 9 volt I love the best.

I know how to unlock Toon Mario V2:
Complete Classic mode with Toon Mario.
Toon Mario V2 is from Super Mario world animation.
Enterance: Blowed out from baby yoshi
Neutral B: Meatballs
Side B: Toon Cape (Just like Mario Side B)
Up B: Magic Balloon
Down B: Fire Mario
Final Smash: secret weapon
KO sound #1: Shit!
KO sound #2: Ass!
Star KO sound #1: BLAAARGH!
Star KO sound #2: Oah!
Down taunt: AHAHAHAHAHA!
Side taunt: Now I know how a meatball feels.
Up taunt: I'll fix it for ya.
Win sound #1: You didn't make it!
Win taunt #2: dancing
Win taunt #3: holding SSBL box.
Lose taunt: Eaten by Baby Yoshi.

Wreck-It Ralph. My ideas:
Intro: Says "I'M GONNA WRECK IT!" in his 8-bit form. After that, he turns into regular form.
Neutral B: Bricks (Works like MJ's Star Kick, but if you charge it, he'll launch 2 bricks in both directions
Side B: Candy Car
Up B: Jump 'n Smash (He jumps up. While in the air press B to make him punch the ground)
Down B: Hero's Duty Armor (While in the armor, press A to throw a Cybug, and press B to fire your gun. If you take damage, you'll lose it)
FS: Not sure.
18-volt = echo
18-Volt so he can complete the 9 volt and 18 volt adventure

I actually did one of my own projects last night. For my own project I had made a list of 112 characters to appear in super smash bros switch. I know it's just a rumor but I figured it would be the perfect time to strike. And for my list I included 9-volt as one of my characters on my own list. But overall I for one hope that 9-volt does get in for the future. Along with the other 111 characters I included. I have decided to make a 122 characters on my list this time around. I might run out of ideas if I progress further so I'm deciding to stop at 122.

So 9-Volt is like a mix of Olimar and Ice Climbers. Also, he can summon 8-bit Nintendo characters like if he was Captain N. That's interesting.
Do you see Wiiviewer? He's awesome, really underrated. I hope that you use his Peach gloves and Wii funeral as attacks.
And a Death Battle reference at the end? That's just AWESOOOME!
Both Ralph and Helmet were going to be made by Skapokon, so talk with him before deciding.
I think that Wreck-It Ralph will be a better idea.
Umm... Darth Helmet, I guess. I haven't seen ether of those movies. Great move set, by the way.

I got confused because I only saw the South American Version that is translated "Gran Yelmo" that is Big Helmet in English.

Note:
Blowing into a NES cartridge will corrupt the coppper pins connecting it to the game system, which get bent out of shape as you use the cartridge. If you corrupt the copper inside, you worsen the connection, which is the exact opposite of what you want to do when trying to get a NES cartridge connected to your NES.

1. Who's that character who throws 9-Volt upwards?
2. The Final Smash always use Mario, or it varies with the other 8 Bit Buddies?

Homer Simpson please! I already have a moveset:
Regular B: Donut Throw (Mugen) It's basically a mix between Pit's regular B and Mario's regular B. The donut goes forward while in the air for a little bit, then lands on the ground and rolls further. In the air it deals 15% damage and on the gound a mere 5%. Note: If you hold down B you can eat the donut.
Side B: Inflate (From The Simpsons Game for XBox 360) You can roll while being immune to damage, except for sharp objects. You can jump with tilting or A and stop with B. The amount of time it takes you to hit an enemy will raise the damage.
Up B: Chemical Explosion (From Simpsons Tapped Out 1st cutscene) It will blast Homer sky high, and hurts like a bitch TO EVERYONE INCLUDING HOMER! You can reduce the blast's power by holding A, but if you do it for too long the move fails
Down B: Pistol Shot (A certain scene, where Homer's like: I don't need to be careful, I got a gun!) It has very short range but it hurts pretty badly!
Final Smash: Drunk Homer (Mugen) Homer gets drunk. He gets immense power and atatck speed and his attacks are all very dangerous. It lasts for 15 seconds, so use those good!
KO sound 1: D'OH!
KO sound 2: AAAH!
Star KO sound 1: GUAHHHH....
Star KO sound 2: HU!

You know a funny thing? When 9-Volt deflects a projectile with an NES cartridge, the "BOING" sound it makes is from Sonic the Hedgehog, a Sega game when 9-Volt is a Nintendo game fanboy. Ironic, huh?
