Yeah what worse is that also ryu & ken would've done a shoryuken cuz the start of the move is strongest at close range even for mr bogard he could've used power dunk or buster wolf maybe even geyser
Considering you let Shulk trigger the monado prior to his one button press, I think it'd be fair to say Olimar can switch his pikmin prior to his one button press. As such, I suspect the black pikmin may provide success.
I say the same for Lucario aura, at least normal (65%) aura, as well as Min Min arm and Steve diamond

Wait, did Shulk cheat? Using the Monado Art already counts as a move so the following smash attack was a second input. Shulk needs to ko Kirby with just his normal smash attack alone to win this challenge.

Also Min Min not using her wrecking ball arm, I think it's called the megawatt.
You forgot the Sweetspot of Kazuya’s F-Smash, it’s the 2nd strongest in the game only behind Dedede.
That would require him to step back and then f-smash, which is technically two moves.

@@eleeuroandoro3041 no actually, only warlock punch gets stronger in the air, Falcon punch actually gets weaker. They both do (as you know) get stronger when reversed though.

If you allowed the second hit of Young Link's F Smash, then Link's should've been allowed as well. If not, then Up Smash might've done it. I'll be trying some stuff out with this challenge when I can.
Edit: Link's Up Smash can't do it, but both hits with his Forward Smash can. And as discussed, if Young Link's is allowed, so is Link's as they both function the same in that regard. I did some other tests as well, which goes as stated:
Peach/Daisy can do it if they pull a Bob-Omb from their Down Special, which takes the same amount of button presses as it would for Shulk to get his Smash art.
Olimar's Purple Pikmin Forward Smash or Up Smash can't do it.
Mii Swordfighter can do it with a fully charged Blurring Blade (which you can argue is one button press. It's a long button press, but it's one button press nonetheless).
Steve can do it with a Forward Smash with a Diamond Sword, and if Monado Arts are allowed, then I think that's also fair.
I tried Min Min's Megawatt arm but that can't be done.
Kazuya can do it when you land the sweet spot of his Forward Smash, as can Corrin.
I did this same challenge but much more harder, with Kirby having the King Slime spirit in Big-Bee style, resulting a drastic increase in weight, it's at max level (level 99), forcing some characters to have max rage (150%) to allow them to KO Metal Kirby if they can.

I’m not sure the damage outputs for the different characters different moves but this guy usually takes into account Lucario’s Aura ability and how that affects its power (and also its Up B/Up Special)

Dr Mario's sweetspot for forward smash is on the sleeve. So he got kirby with the sour spot.
Olimar's pikmins don't all have the same knockback. Are getting rid of and plucking pickmins considered button presses and therefore forbidden? If not, then he should try with the purple pikmin.
Shulk used monado so i guess purple pikmins are fair game.

Steve may have the recovery but when it comes to damage he stinks lol.
He's using the wooden sword which is the one you start off with.
One thing I've always kinda hated about these videos is that he never gives lucario aura. Every other character gets to use their gimmick but lucario never does

As a professional smash player, I gotta be honest there's quite a bit wrong with this one.
- You only used the first hit of link's F-smash while you let young link use both (which is 2 inputs by technicality)
- If you let Shulk be able to switch arts for the challange, then you gotta let other characters take advantage.
- Joker with Arsene wasn't tested
- Min Min's Megawatt arm wasn't tested
- Didn't sweetspot Kayzua F-smash
This vid was a bit unerwelming with what is considered "One Move"
Also Sonic's back air and up smash have more knock back than his forward smash
I was suprised that Jigglypuff didn't pass...
Some of these smash attacks have sour spots and sweet spots that you're not realizing (for example Dr Mario in Meta Knight)

As a Hero main, he has many options to use here. Thwack, Whack, Hatchet Man, Kamikaze, Magic Burst, and Metal Slash would all have killed. Though I am glad it was a crit f-smash

Edit: I think some of these characters can do it with a different move or different spacing since some forward smashes don't do as much, including ZSS, Ivysaur, and a couple others.
corrin definitely could have at least gotten close with a tipper. ZSS was the main other one I noticed. Up smash and up special would have definitely done better.

Kirby’s number one enemy is himself
Kazuya could KO Kirby if you sweet-spotted the move, or you had him use his forward smash or command grab special attack at 100% damage when he gets powered up. Lucario could K.O. Kirby if you had him damaged enough to have max aura. Lucina could KO Kirby if you either used her forward smash or fully charged her shield-breaker. Villager could KO Kirby if you had him use his tree chopping down special. Joker could KO Kirby if you had him use his forward smash wish Arsen. Ryu could KO Kirby if you had him use shoryuken. MinMin could KO Kirby if you used her electro-ball arm instead of her dragon arm. Steve could KO Kirby if you used his TNT or if you used his forward smash after crafting a diamond sword for him to use instead of the wooden sword. Terry could KO Kirby if you used one of his powerful special input moves with his KO meter full.
Isn't there a certain down-special command that lets the hero kill metal opponents in one move?
Maybe Pichu could do it with side b and ivysaur maybe with up smash
Shulk used two moves, and you didn’t use the sweet spots on ZSS or Corrin. SMH biased results
No metal slash(not that he needed it)? No sweet spot on Kazuya Fsmash(he definitely needed that)? No purple pikmin(also necessary)? But shulk gets to use smash art. And due to showing both fsmash and side special for Game and Watch i thought we get multiple kill options for other characters too, or at least show what we thought would work but didnt? DK neutral special?
It’s generally hard to tell if this channel loves Kirby or absolutely despises him. Maybe it depends on the mood.

I feel like shulk could have been considered two buttons since you augmented shulk while not augmenting olimar by fishing for a purple pikmen, I’m not saying that anything would change I was just wondering about the technicality.

Its because of marths tipper (the blue motion trail at the edge) which is powerful than lucina who was none. Idk if she can still make it with f smash but it looks like it can be tested there or a fully charged shield breaker can work

Disliked. A lot of these characters could've hit a lot harder than they did. I don't see why you didn't let them do so when you were fine with Reverse Warlock Punch and Smash Monado Fsmash.
