- I recently had a passenger door woofer go out on me and unfortunately Porsche Service had a long wait time for an appointment, so I decided to undertake the job myself. I thought this would be a nice tutorial for anyone with the same task or to simply remove the door panel for other work. Thanks for the vid - I wished I had viewed this before taking my Macan to the dealer. Speaker replacement cost me around $1000.

This video is a life saver! I too need to change out the speakers on my Macan. But which speaker brand is installed? Need to buy the correct ones. Thank you for posting this video!
It will depend on which option package you have on the Macan. If you bought it used you could try to use a VIN decoder to see which options were purchased when it was bought new from the dealership. The ones in my video are the base package.
Great demonstration, very helpful. You really had to work at popping that trim. A lot of people would have quit, out of concern for breaking it. This demonstration looks essential to getting the door panel off. Thanks 👍

Hey you also have the Bose System ? I replace now three Speaker and I fell that I have a abo for this very expansiv speaker. Wich speaker you buy ?
Mine is the base system. I purchased an OEM speaker. If you're looking for an easy swap then just stick with the OEM.
