I want to create parameters cabinet, i want the door to change parameters There's a parameter option has a choice that we put in it the category for example it can be (doors, generic, etc ) so ...if i chose doors all the doors families in the project be available to choose, even if it's not suitable to it, i want a way either to allow only specific options or to create a new family type category so i can put the doors with in it, Can you help me please with any suggestions

I have a kitchen cabinet family I have in it a parameters option, allow me to change the door between two types of doors The issue is.. That when i want to change the door "The parameterc option" appears all the families in the project I need it to appear only the doors of the cabinet
@@Mohammed.ch. how are u adding the parameters? You should add the parameter in the family, by editing the family and adding the parameter from inside and not from the revit model as global parameter.
@@ds-pro1307 try to make a box and save it as a family Then make another family but with a void in the corner of the box and save it Now you need to start a new family, and insert the first box, when you pick it you will find an option under the "robin" (or top of the screen under the main options) the option say add a parameter , after clicking it it will show you the window that you can name it in and choose the family type then save it

Before you select a command from tab please say the name of it to know the people that which command you choose
