Thank you Rabbi. How enlightening! Very different from some christian teaching, which at times tells us ask the unknown God for our material needs. I now understand why I lack in each area of my life, in every area of lack is caused by own ignorance. I used to blame people for cursing me. At times I rush through a prayer. Rabbi, this was a great teaching from five years ago and it is so relevant today during this Covid19 event in March 2020. HaShem is constantly searching our motives. We should be constantly seeking His Face. You talked about silence. We are so accustom to being busy. Psalm 46:10 says, "Be still and know that I Am G-d (YHWH). Developing our relationship should and must be our life goal. Again thank you. Shalom.

Yes, people believe that if the focus is mental health. No need for mankind to complete Torah,Talmud,prayer. A way to not include Hashem. Morality needs to be reintroduced
