I think this game can still be revived even if no one has revived the game by itself because there are many players who are still actively playing until now :)

It was indeed a very unexpected thing, I also played it when Anthem first appeared on PS then when I didn't have time to play on PS the thing I dreamed of suddenly came true because I found Anthem on PC and I played it again but at that time I was sad because I found out that Anthem was dead. Very wild my expectations :(
Which electrics did you mention, weapons or gear? I got it in legendary missions and legendary contracts with GM3 difficulty What we get will be random, so we have to keep playing while looking at the weapon stats and gear we need :)
I think u should spam legendary mission in higher difficulty like Grandmaster 2 or 3 bro. Thats All :) One think, make sure u never died, survive till end
Try playing on Grandmaster 3 difficulty I think you'll have a better chance of getting a legendary item :) But remember not to get killed in 1 game because my experience makes you lose the chance to get a legendary item

I got it by buying at the store. What is sold always changes, no matter how many times a week or month. So maybe you always monitor the store :)
