i come back to this video every once in a while and have been for the past 10 years because there's nothing like it.
it is some form of magic
Amazes me the way they draw in the crowd to join them in song, through using stuff as plain as keys to make them feel part of the performance; inviting them on a personal level. The encouragement to sing along also contributes. it is later on no longer a performance, but rather a fun jam sesh.

there's websites you sign up for that will post them a few days before the concert. you have to claim the tickets before anyone else. just google "secret shows and gigs"

The way La Blogothèque sets these mind-blowing "A Take Away Show" never ceases to amaze me. They manage to create pure magic all the time ! 😭🙌🏾🎶 This was totally #ethereal ✨ I hope one day l'll have the absolute privilege to attend one show.
This feels like I'm actually there and watchin these guys playin. Such is the amount of fun that I'm having while watching this video.
This has the feeling of being a very ancient moment; like this could of happened 5000 years ago, around a fire, at the end of a day of hunting and gathering food. The humanity of this song, the crowd, and the way they play the music WITH the group sitting around them... its extraordinary.

thats how all great experiences should be. memories trump everything, especially when you get to share the same memories with the people youre with.
