I've had my 2020 T120 since May of 21 and have not had nearly enough time in the saddle even yet! This bike absolutely begs you to ride as it is so much fun. Combining looks, comfort, sound and onlooker appreciation makes this one of my all time favorites.
Thanks for the video. I love a good tank bag. .. easier to get at than other luggage especially if the zip opens towards the rider, and great to support the torso and give the arms a rest when going long distances.
Nice review. I have the same bags and I use NikWax to increase the water resistance on them. I anticipate they will work out quite well. Hark!! A Wisconsinite who rides a Triumph! I am one as well, located in Door County. I just got a 2018 T120 with 2004 miles last November. Spent a part of the winter cleaning it up, and just finished the last part of the mods and upgrades TODAY! Looking forward to some nice local rides, that is, as soon as the weather tempers with drier and warmer days. If you’re ever up or near Door County, would like getting together for a chat and take a ride with a likeminded fellow Triumph rider.
I bought the same model, gold line black. I've enjoyed every mile thus far. Its my 1st bike and I agree when you mash the throttle, you better hang on. Nice upgrades. I've only added engine dress bars so far.
I've ridden through spring green, reedsville, mauston many times. What a great bunch of roads!!! Happy that the BBC resumed their rally after the pandemic stupidity. If you're unaware, Baxter Cycle in Marne, Iowa has a three day meet in August each year, very much worth going to. Thank you, enjoyed the video, and you have a new subscriber.
Thanks much for watching and subscribing! I am definitely interested in that Iowa event it would be a good ride as well as the Spring Green BBC rally. Regards, Mick
Nice video. I took a current model T120 Black demo out for a test ride today, as I’m contemplating this bike, having been on a Tiger 1050 Sport since 2017 (which I bought new, and is itself a fantastic bike). It’s a glorious bike, with a lot to like, as you and many others have pointed out. Coming from the Tiger, I did find the T120 to be significantly smaller than I expected. It was comfortable, but maybe I’ve just become used to the big bike. I don’t know if I’ll switch in the end, but I’m sure e if I do, I’ll learn to love the bike.
Great vid - just got a brand new t-120 in cork ireland - love it. Couldn't agree more on headlights, got lost on way home the other night for first night ride- headlight on high beam pointing at the road about 10 ft ahead!
I got it from Revzilla online. It's also available from J&P Cycles although I don't know where you are located. If you Google Burly Brand Roll Top Backpack you should see it. Thanks for watching!"👍🍻
A great video about the awesome bike and the accessories you have added to it. I am in the verge of buying the same bike. I have never had a tank bag that attaches with magnets to the tank. Have you noticed any scratch marks on the tank?
Hello and thanks for your comments and for watching. I have not had any scratches at all but it's best to wipe the tank down well before you mount the bag and I try not to move it around too much once it's in place. I can't recommend the T120 enough and know you'll be glad you bought it! Seasons greetings! Mick-GRW. 🎄🍻
I just bought my Triumph Speed Master about 3 months ago from Cleveland Triumph. I love it and I have added a booster plug to it so far. Love your bike as well!
I looked hard at the Speedmaster but in my region the only one available was in Jet Black and I was sold on a Gold Line edition already. Thanks for watching and good riding! 👍👍
@@Guvnarides-WI2020 The booster plug takes care of that snatchy throttle if you wanna try it or just look it up. Stewart Fillingham put one on his T 100 as well he called it Vikings snake oil.

This UK based Aussie has been looking at the T120 black edition as my next bike, but have now changed my mind. It seems that a US based Pom has turned my head. I now want a Black, Gold line edition! What year is it? The only thing I might make as an additional modification is the front and rear indicators to smaller, clear LED’s.
US based Pom at your service! Mine's a 2022 and I agree about the clear LED's. It's been on my mind for a while. I hope you can find the Black Gold Line as they are a lovely bike, as are all Triumphs imo. Thanks for watching! 👍🍻
Good video. I was torn between 3 different bikes: Harley Road King, Suzuki Vstrom and Triumph Bonneville. Decided on the Suzuki for it's reliable, do it all nature, but it's a bit tall, top heavy and not that torquey. Sorry I didn't get the Triumph now. I want a bike I can flat foot, low center of gravity, low end torque and nimble. Considering to trade it in and go for it now after watching your video.
The T120 definitely ticks those boxes! All good bikes with their own merits to be fair, I wanted the Triumph brand as I have wanted one for years and the time was right. The torque is extremely impressive and gives a ton of grunt at all RPM's which is a treat to behold. You wouldn't be sorry!! Thanks much for watching. 👍 🍻
I don't think I said but I ordered them from Triumph Waukesha when I bought the bike. I chose those because they have the triumph emblem on them. Thanks for watching the video and happy riding!! 👍👍

i have the exact same model as you, the Goldline T120. Everything you said about it is 100% true. I have a pillion with me 90% of the time, but this thing still pulls like a train imo and yeah i get looks and comments about it all the time. I love that burly tank bag and i have it on my wishlist.
