Thank you everyone for watching these last few weeks. Big props to the whole TTT team for working super hard getting these videos out as quick as possible. We hope they have helped you crush your workouts and learn a ton about yourself as an athlete. Good luck in whatever the next phase is for you in the season!
I saw your strategy when I was 24.2 and it helped me a lot. 24.3 is still difficult to complete with my ability, but it will help me a lot. Good luck with that in Korea far away
Yea, the math was wrong. It would actually be 1:32. A bar muscle up takes 2.2 seconds and you’d start your 7th muscle up at 1:30, finishing at 1:32. Just an error on our part.
Great tips! Would have helped if I had watched before I did the workout lol. Posted my full 24.3 on my channel. 147 reps. I came out a little too hot. I might do this one again.

12:10 Either I'm a complete idiot or your math is off. If you do 1 BMU every 15 seconds you won't finish in 1:15, you have that in your pacing document as well. There are 7 BMU. It will take 1:45 if you're counting the 15 seconds after the last rep. 1:30 if you don't.

Love the strategy guide! Just a note on an error I noticed: 1 BMU per 15 seconds will mean you finish 7 reps in 1:45, not 1:15.
