    THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE LOVE AND TRUST
    I WILL NEVER LET YOU GUYS DOWN - I did this review during the most challenging time of my life. My physically handicapped dad was seriously ill and I had to manage my time accordingly. I guess God rewards sincere efforts and He does it through His people. Thank You Guys :)

      +dino777we thanks for your effort. i need Ur suggestion. i am bit confused with avenger 220 street and RE thunder bird and RE classic 350. which is the best one for a common man. i am not a racer and i dont want hig speed bikes. a stable and good one. suggest me from those 3 bikes. which will be the better buy....

      +babu balamurugan RE bikes have a cult following and are iconic, but you need to be very careful with their maintenance. If you think you can spend decent time by taking care of her, then go with RE bikes, my suggestion would be Classic because it has lesser vibrations. Bajaj bikes involve lesser maintenance cost and can be run as fill it, shut it, forget it bikes. Get it serviced every 3 months/3000 kms and that should take care of it.

      +dino777we Great work as usual, I've said it before and I say it again, you keep improving with every new video. And really well said that basic 150 street fighters cost nearly 1 lakh. I am myself planning to buy a bike and I was always into street fighters. So, I decided to buy Hornet until I saw this! This bike makes so much more sense. But, I already own a bajaj and I have one question. Are the NVH levels really reduced? Bajaj engines, atleast a few year ago, had only raw power but no refinement. I myself own a discover 125 and the bike starts vibrating just when I hit 55 - 60 KMph(though it's manageable and I hit 80s easily). So, till what speed level I can expect no vibrations and smooth ride?

      @dark420passenger 5 місяців тому

      @@singhamgadhvi1875 avenger 220 mileage will be too low if not maintained properly. It will be giving less than 30kmpl. Since you are looking to buy second hand I assume you have a tight budget so better buy avenger 150 street, it gives good mileage but little bit less powerful

    • @singhamgadhvi1875
      @singhamgadhvi1875 5 місяців тому

      @@dark420passenger oh okay thanks for the reply really appreciate it. Owner however claims 35-40kmpl of average for the bike. And it seems like a good deal.
      Is there any way to increase the mileage later on after purchasing just in case of the vehicle wasn't maintained properly?

    • @dark420passenger
      @dark420passenger 5 місяців тому

      @@singhamgadhvi1875 do an engine oil flush and put recommended engine oil 20w50 semi synthetic. Replace air filter, replace spark plugs, tune the carburettor, tension the chain properly fill the air to front 21psi and back 25psi. After doing all this you may see some improvement in mileage. Bro come on man, never believe the mileage that any owner claims, he just want to sell off his bike. I maintained my bike properly and I get hardly 32kmpl in Bangalore City. But I do ride it spiritedly, may be if you ride sedately it may give 35kmpl.

    I am also an automobile enthusiasts and have written some article about some brands. What I like in your reviews is unbiased review which nowadays many big brands doesn't do. Even when all the blogs who only pin pointed out the negative about the Avenger, you simply told the other side of the story which is very true and its a great bike. Hope your reviews will enhance automobile knowledge to the buyers and will make ease on deciding which to buy. All the best.

    If I have to select only between the Avenger 220 cruise and avenger 220 street then which one would you suggest? My daily commute is about 40 kms and weekend trips to pune/bangalore/coimbatore. Also, sometimes travel to the hills so want something which can handle the mountain terrain easily. I like the street and the cruise but as per bajaj, they say cruise is more for the traveller types. My height is about 5.10 and im on the heavier side. So which one would you suggest as my weekend trips are a must.

    • @DinosVault
      @DinosVault  8 років тому

      +navin peters Street would hold good for city and highway rides. I am unsure whether these kind of bikes can handle mountain terrains. You would be better off with a bike like Pulsar AS 200. Among the two Avengers, if your daily commute involves predominantly highway rides, then go with Cruise, otherwise you can go with Street 220.

    • @DinosVault

      +Shahul Hameed They should have upgraded the engine bro. Maybe it is the same one found on the P150, but the Avenger 150 is 4 kgs heavier with fatter rear tyre, etc. So, they might have made some minor tweaks such that the bike offers adequate riding fun.

    hi Dino, when I read the review about the avengers, most if them are telling that two cons. one is traffic maneuvering is little difficult. other is front tyre will be locked at hard braking. your comments on that?

    • @DinosVault
      @DinosVault  9 років тому +1

      +Anwar Shariff Maneuvering through traffic is something that wouldn't be a problem once you can connect with the bike's character. I could easily maneuver this bike in chock-a-block traffic, and so could my friend who used to own an Avenger 180. You will get used to the bike's riding dynamics within a week to 10 days. Wheel lock issue I have addressed in the review. You need to maintain appropriate tyre pressure to avoid wheel lock. The lesser the tyre pressure, the better the tyre can get a grip on the road. The harder the tyre, the more it is prone to skid. Maintain tyre pressure as per user manual.

    • @kilpady

    Hi, Im confused between avenger street 220, avenger cruise and the thunderbird 350. My daily commute is about 40 kms and occasional weekend trips to pune and bangalore. My height is about 5.10 and im on the heavier side. Can you please suggest which bike should I go for?

    • @DinosVault
      @DinosVault  8 років тому

      +navin peters I think for longer commutes, TB 350 would be a better option as it offers better high speed stability. Street 220 is superawesome in terms of value for money, but given your requirements, I think TB 350 would serve you well. Please do test ride the bike to check your comfort level with it.

      +dino777we Thanks for the reply Dino. However, if i have to select only between the cruise and street 220 then which do u think I should opt for? Since they have advertised cruise as a long distance bike I was thinking its better to go for cruise as I will be travelling in the hills. What do you suggest??

    Dear Dino Sir,
    I need your help, actually I have bought bajaj Avenger 220 street last month. Pick up of the bike was not so powerful, I thought because it is a new bike after 1st service everything will be fine, but the problem remains the same. I have a friend who also has got the same bike 1 year ago, I drove his bike and I was surprised to see the pick up of the bike. Pick up was so powerful. I is this possible, same engine same bike but the difference in the power of both the bikes was so big. He also drove my bike and he also felt the problem. He said the pick of the bike is dead. I talked with the mechanic in the showroom but he could not resolve the issue. Is there anything with the AFR nut? Plz help Sir. Waiting for your response.

    should we apply tubeless tyres in avenger 220 streets ? as its having alloy wheel. so may be air will not leak in it.
    its my openion .
    but i want to confirm it by you sir.
    please let me know so that i can choose visely.

    • @DinosVault
      @DinosVault  8 років тому

      +Kalpesh Dabhi Generally speaking with alloy wheels, tubeless tyres are the norm, but please do check with the tyre dealer first if and when you plan to change them.

      +suresh nandika No it doesn't get tubeless tyres. We get regular tube tyres. Street is lighter, look awesome like Harley street 750, easily manoeuvrable in city traffic and enjoyable on highway rides, engine is super refined, and no vibrations whatsoever. Please do test ride it. You'll love it.
