I actually love how they made it a performance based shoe now. I wear AJ1s for casual wear so when I tried the older boost sneakers for training I felt very unstable. I couldn’t do squats or any overloaded workouts on my feet with out feeling like something might go wrong. I just got a pair of the Boost HD with Prime Knit sneakers & the Boost HD feels like the best for doing heavy lifting on your feet with the comfort of Boost & Prime Knit. I can’t tell you enough how much I like the newer Prime Knit they use, S/O to Adidas!

I’ve said this before. I’m so glad they have a performance ultra boost. I don’t want them stopping their other line of lifestyle boosts but they definitely needed to get a performance ultra boost that’s really good out there.

Garrett Wease I’ve heard some people like foamer say his boosts Bottom out, none of my boosts bottom out and all feel just as bouncy as new. My first pair of ub ever was the 2.0 right when it came out and ran those into the ground and walked and ran for too many miles to count and they are the bounciest pair of boost I have, and I currently own about 20 pairs of boost shoes. I guess it also depends on weight and stuff cause foamer is a bigger dude, I only weigh about 135 so guess that’s a big factor but I never worry about my boost bottoming out. I’ve heard some people say the same and other people say they feel a tad bit of bottom out but it could be they are just getting so used to the feeling of boost it’s not as crazy as the first time cause you get used to it and spoiled by that great feeling

my issues with the UB has always been the continental rubber wearing out too quick, through to the boost before you know it

Got the black multi color ones, but have yet to wear them. I look at them everyday, but they just look to different. Debating to resale as new or just wear them finally. I could sell them and put that $ towards the Bape Camo or GoT boost.

How is this trainer on the toes?
I run 80k a week in my ultraboost 19 and they last 10 weeks. I use for 10weeks and then 2 weeks transitioning to the next pair. Biggest con is the weight. Size 9 weighs 310g so keeps it in the training shoe category. If they can come up with an upper like that on the zoom fly 3 it could bring the weigh down ideally to a sub 280g shoe making it a training/racing shoe like the zoom fly 3.
