The reason why in cooking videos people say “chocolate sandwich cookie” is because oreo aren’t they only brand out there.
Here’s another way to make the “chocolate and cream cookies “
1. Go to your nearest store
2. Buy pack of oreos
3. Get home and eat them

You might be able to replace peanut butter with almond butter, sunflower seed butter, soynut butter or even cookie butter or coconut butter
I have a suggestion for the caramel tarts:
After adding the heavy cream, stir until no lumps are visible. Then, turn off the heat and wait until all the bubbles are gone. Then add some butter, and, if you want, two 1/2 teaspoons of seasalt flakes. Hope I helped!😁
