Thank you Thomas for sharing these wonderful experiences you had in Bali with your friends. You inspire me to go travel. Wish you all the best for your future adventures. Fair winds and following seas ❤
Herlig å se fra disse omgivelser du er i Thomas nå som vinteren og kalde mørke kvelder er i anmars her nord. Fin musikk du bruker på filmene, gleder meg over hver episode du legger ut.
Thanks again for the nice video. I really don’t understand why you don’t have over 100K subscribers. Your videos are so much better then other YT sailing channels. How much is the asking price for that house for sale?
Thank you so much for your kind words and for always being so supportive 🙏🏻 I tried to find the listing but it’s not so easy. Probably not so expensive because it’s far away from the “hot spots”. It would need quite some restoration reaching up to more western standards, but labor costs are affordable. All the best
I just had to circle back and watch this again, it is one of your most exquisitely beautiful videos, just breathtaking. That property would make a lovely retreat, a place to immerse in the beauty of nature while "decompressing" from the hectic pace of modern materialistic culture. I'm off now to see if I can find the website offering it for sale - that should fuel hours of lovely imaginings.
Thank you so much for your kind words 🙏🏻 I tried to find the listing, but didn’t succeed. Have not spent to much effort into that either as I’m planning on continuing my adventures on the oceans. But a beautiful property for sure.
@SailingwithThomas - I couldn't find it either, I was surprised at the properties I found on offer though, they all looked like foreign investors are dominating the real estate market there.
Hi Thomas, Can you make a video about the cheapest places to sail in the Mediterranean or anywhere in Europe? And as a bonus maybe a little bit of an insight of how much you spend on repairs, food, etc. ? Thank you for your content!
Thank you so much for watching and for being here🙏🏻 It’s really not easy to answer your questions in a video, first of all because my experience in the Med most likely are outdated now. It’s already 7 years since I left Europe and crossed the Atlantic. Food depends on how many people onboard, not to forget where you are. The economic situation in Europe have changed a lot since I left as well. But in South East Asia you can easily live for less than 800EUR a month. Probably the cheapest cruising ground on our planet. Caribbean are among the most expensive for food, beverages not to forget maintenance and spare parts. For spare parts and maintenance Europe are among the cheapest places. Labour cost are cheap in Asia, but ineffective and often not up to standard in terms of quality. However I would guess Eastern Greece and Turkish waters still are among the most affordable regions in the Med. All the best
Thank you so much for even noticing this 🙏🏻 It’s not many that would notice, or even understand how much work invested trying to have good sound quality in a UA-cam episode.
Thank you so much for watching and for your question. I’m unfortunately not in the need of crew, and rarely take guests onboard. If I would open for guests sailing with me that’s not old friends, I would first offered this to my Patreons. It’s basically to much hassle and costs involved, not to forget schedule and logistics. All the best
Thank you. From Canada
Beautiful, thank you
Thank you so much for watching 🙏🏻

This is the Bali I would like to visit...
It’s even better up north, far away from mass tourism. Still this was such positive surprise I just wanted to share. Thank you so much for watching 🙏🏻
Water Garden ? Do they grow plants in the water ?
It’s just a nickname for this place as it’s a garden with water/lakes. A beautiful place
Thank you so much for watching
I just love your efforts for making really nice sound editing in episode after episode 🙏

I just had to replay the snorkling sequences again - what an incredible visibility 🐠🐟🪼🐚
It’s almost unbelievable such place exists in south East Asia and especially in Bali
