@@VincentXGoh yes, but I look to reviews and make them based on how generous upgrades are. Hotels should always upgrade to the best empty room. It’s good business. Silly for them to be hoarding rooms when they could make a big impression and get a repeat visitor

Was there a soaking tub?
Not in the room we stayed in, I’m not sure if other rooms have a tub though
I hate b when the upgrade is just something small and it’s only one night so they could definitely do better
