I've been following Charan for a long time, I started pottery as a hobby & he was interesting to watch because he had such unique techniques. I lucked out & found him at a yarn festival near Seattle this year. Had a nice chat, purchased a couple mugs and a little dish that I put stitch markers in and look at every day. It was a real privilege to meet him and I love his work.
Omg!!!!! I have a mug from him and also a hank of yarn that hangs on the wall and you put your knitting needles through it. His pottery is Beautiful. Watching this now is making me think about a Christmas list. : P
Charan’s interview was very interesting. I enjoy learning about how other creative people think . It encourages me to do the same. Thank you Irina for all the work you do to bring us new artists.
Charan is soo talented and inspiring! Pottery, spinning, weaving and quilting, Oh My!!! My cupboards are full of his mugs and we use them everyday!! Thank you for this interview. Also new follower here! Your podcast format is wonderful and informative! Watching from WA state😁
What a great interview and your questions are terrific! I just got a friend's mom's spinning wheel and am trying to find the sweet spot with tension and twist, enjoying the process! You two are inspirational. Thanks, Fern from Minnesota
Wow! I LOVE the things he makes! If there were a shop/galery (here in the Netherlands) where I could see it i.r.l. I would buy something (or more then one thing). From my screen I can not see the exact colour/hue, and that's important to me. I have that same problem with yarns and fabrics: I want to see them and feel them

What an amazingly creative person, I very much like his philosophy. Thanks for presenting him to us, Irina.
I find him very inspiring
@@Fiberchats I like the way he rotates between projects, yet, I still prefer to knit all the time.
