The fact that these guys have no defensive equipment is amazing. Our Code Enforcement/Animal Control guys wear body armor, carry pepper spray and radios, etc

Nothing but a bunch of Hall Monitors. I've seen these guys go up against a home owner. And they were lost , confused and had nothing to o say.
I guess this is their version of cops.
