As we saw in the previous episodes, Angel, a young nomadic woman in the mountains, had a natural and painful birth. Her father has gone to the city to earn money and Angel's husband has not returned to the mountains to meet this baby, Berdya. Angel's mother was bitten by a poisonous scorpion, but she is in the hospital and making a full recovery.
Today, unfortunately, a wild and poisonous snake attacked Angel and her baby, and this woman, who has not yet gained her strength after giving birth, must now take care of herself and her baby alone against this poisonous snake.

They use earth/dirt as an absorbing agent of babies urine. Some have disposable diapers but I’m sure they are expensive so women make use of what they have access to . I think it’s marvelous way to make use of dirt and free too.

Well it’s dirt and they use it like a free diaper as it absorbs the urine . Some of them have disposable diapers but they are expensive just like here so they make use of what they have access to and boy howdy do they have mountains of earth.
