Not denying other singers’ talent, but in my view, Jessie J has one or more skill levels above other singers in the show. That’s why she has gained so many many fans in China since she appeared on Singer 2018. 3 consecutive top spots and never dropped out of top 2, both are records in Singer history (6 seasons so far). It is a privilege to watch Jessie J’s spectacular performances!
In every single one of those asian musicians contest its like I am transported into a Jesse J live concert. Even through a stupid smartphone her vibration and presence is penetrating, just amazing this talent of her!

Sometimes when I watch Jessie singing like this, I feel that she must be a black woman’s soul in a white woman’s body, and when I see her warmth, wit and watch her rhythm while dancing, I think she must have some Latin blood in her. I would love to see her dancing “salsa” hahaha. Maybe be that is the reason why so many people say she has tons of charisma, or the Asian people say she has a very bright aura. Some other times when I hear all her melismas, belts, riffs, runs, pitch, etc. I think she must not be from this world LOL! ... What gets me the most is how humble she is sometimes even when she knows she has slayed a song (because she knows it) or she has surpassed the original singer of a song which she is doing the cover. 吃亏就吃亏在中国的观众的审美和音乐素养认知有限，来了个声线单薄，音域有限，只能靠爵士花俏和RAP蒙混过关和模仿JESSIE J唱腔的菲律宾就觉得有点新鲜，就纷纷投去，所以这比赛名次还真不能说明什么
