In FL Studio there is an extra tool called humanize that you can set to automatically shift notes back and forward by tiny amounts (or large amounts if you set it like that) to automatically get the randomization of timing. It also does velocity stuff. If you click on the wrench in the piano roll menu, it is under the Scripts section. Nice video!
hey feezo i just wanted to say thanks for being an inspiration. Your indie style has got me to try and make stuff along similar lines and it’s been nothing but fun 🤘🏻 👀 will definitely cop that lofi kit once it drops
another great tutorial. man your tutorials are so helpful and i hope that one day you make a psychedelic rock beat tutorial that would help me sooooo much
@@feezo i have been listening to some psych rock bands lately and KGLW drew my attention their music is so unique and weird and very interesting i highly recommend you checking it out
OK. This may be unrelated (it's still bass). How would you copy the bass sound from The Beatles' Sgt Pepper album? Specifically the "With a Little Help From My Friends" cut? I a newby and I've got a long way to go.
Hey feezo, could you make a video on how to make an opium/playboi carti (wlr era) beat in lmms? I think it would be very interesting. I already have my own style of making these beats, but I still would like to see your spin on it + I want other people to know how to do it as well.

I believe it’s only in the newer versions of FL but I might be mistaken
@@feezo FL Studio 21.1 and higher if my sources are correct :)
labs basses sound pretty good
Facts I was gonna mention them too. Labs is definitely the best free plugin by far
@@feezo it’s so versatile it’s got anything you need
Fr bro, I use it all the time for basically any real instruments I can’t get on my own (strings, horns, pianos, and other weird shit)
The SINE Player has a ton of really, really high quality instruments for free as well. In fact, I think the SINE basses are better than the LABS ones.
@@un-fixed2609 i’ll give them a look thank you bro

I actually like modo bass better than the ample one, you can really sculpt your own tone
Never used it but I’ve seen a few other people mentioned that one so I’ll definitely check it out
Awesome vid
feezo ily actually

@@feezo also not free but i think the Rickenbacker bass in kontakt is pretty good but it has latency in fl:(
@@octow yea I’ve honestly never used kontakt at all. It’s always just seemed like too much effort for me
