This house is literally down the street from me. I pass by it everyday. I see the beautiful lights at night. I always wanted to see the inside. Wow freaking amazing.

It's all about the location, 2.5 million in a big city with lost of demand wouldn't get you no where close to this.

I've met people from Florence, there has to be mercury in the water supply or something. That house isn't worth $25K after any potential buyer actually talks to anybody from that town.
