Hmm LaTonya, I feel like your trying to resurrect that unspoken challenge to top the previous house from a few months ago lol. This is a beautiful home, and I can see why the new owner opted to keep the furnishing in it. They look like they were specifically made for that house. The colors coordinate and seamlessly flow throughout the house. And the design of all the closest, and pantry shelving is a new touch I haven't seen on a home design before, it fits very well with that home giving a coastal "beachie" feel. And yet another home with high polish door hinges throughout lol and a "delivery room" for package REALLY LaTonya lol very bougie 😂. Excellent video as always!
I dont think I'll ever top that home I did a few months ago. It's the same builder tho, so the work is top tier. This home is on the beach. I'm originally from that area, so I decided to go back home and take the tour (and swing by Benjamin's to eat crab legs). Thanks as always for your continued support and attention to detail on my tours. 😊

It sold for $2.3 or $2.4 million. I would have to go back and listen to the video. It's in the very beginning.

There is a low risk of flooding for that home. But because it's on the coast, it "could" carry some risk in hurricane season.
