The creepy thing at 4:30 was one of those "pierrot" characters that were trendy in the early 80s.

If you are referring to 4:16, the things on the ceiling are for large studio lights. That room was a tv studio.
That canteen looks fairly clean. It could still be usabale after a minor bit of cleaning. As if they abanoned it only recently so to speak.

Ben, the entry at 45 seconds in, I this stairway view is so NYC Subway Station in Harlem, New York City where the subway had to be funneled very deep underground in Washington Heights and Fortam in the NYC Borrough of the Bronx ! I he fooled here almost thinking I'm deep underground but here your urbexes is in an above ground hospital building.
